Our Process

To deliver the best talent and customer service, we follow a tried and true process. We drill down on the scope and all requirements.

For client sites: sourcing the best skills for ourselves and our clients is the priority, but we also want to know about the working and living conditions, for example: the roster, the team’s social cohesion, if the job is suited to a team-player or work-alone character – and of course details of all the equipment to be maintained and the training requirements to be effective and efficient.

For trades people: skills, qualifications and experience are important, but we also determine each person’s working style, temperament, commitment, and goals. We maintain a database of qualifications and certifications, so we can recommend suitable upskilling courses and send out reminders to renew accreditations and registrations.

For vehicle, plant and equipment services: we provide quick diagnostic and responsive solutions that larger companies cannot execute in tight schedules, saving you time and money.

Essentially, our goal across all our services is to reduce the risk of down time and staff attrition.

We deliver responsive maintenance services predominately Western Australian-wide, with the flexibility to assist clients wherever required Australia-wide.

On-site, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance services take place at our clients’ sites using our field service capability of either FIFO or DIDO. Including transported site boxes and or field service vehicles, as required.

In our Bodmec facilities located in Boddington and the Peel Region we complete major maintenance and rebuild to light vehicle and auxiliary plant, component rebuilds and field service capability - all undertaken by our trained and fully qualified team of managers and qualified trades people.
